If you're trying to add money to a reloadable physical gift card but are unable to do, you may need to buy a new gift card for one or more of these reasons:
- You’ve added money to the same gift card too many times. (This varies by brand; some brands allow you to reload the gift card up to 99 times.)
- The gift card was purchased over 12 months ago.
- The gift card has had a $0.00 balance for over 60 days.
You can also double-check to see if the gift card you're trying to reload requires overnight processing. This only applies to a few brands, as noted in the General Information section on the brand's detail page.
