Ship to Home option unavailable for my address

Ship to Home may be unavailable for your address for two reasons:

1. If you're using the RaiseRight mobile app, you may need to upgrade to the latest version of the app. Check the App Store (iOS) or Google Play Store (Android) to see if an update is available.
2. If your organization doesn’t allow you to use online payments (paying for your gift card orders via your bank account, debit card, or credit card), you won’t see this as an option for your program. Talk to your coordinator to see if this is an option for your organization.
