To add an Assistant Coordinator to your organization's RaiseRight program, log in to your Coordinator Dashboard. From the Main Menu, navigate to Organization > Coordinator Roles.
In the text field under Assistants, begin typing the name of the participant who you would like to assign as Assistant Coordinator for your program, then select the participant's account from the dropdown. A pop-up will appear asking you to confirm your selection. Select Continue to add the participant as Assistant Coordinator.
To remove an Assistant Coordinator for your program, simply click the X next to their name.
What can an Assistant do?
These activities can only be performed by the Coordinator, Assistants can do everything else:
- Change Coordinator roles
- Submit organization orders
- Manage online payments
- Change organization's payment
