Visit Account > Order History > Shop Online to view your online shopping activity and verified online earnings from shopping online through RaiseRight.
Every time you select Shop Now on a brand detail page and visit that brand's website to shop, it's recorded in your Shop Online Order History under the All Shopping Trips tab—even if you did not complete a purchase on the brand's website.
An Earn By date is noted next to the shopping trip—complete an eligible purchase on the brand's website by this date to receive online earnings. If you make an online purchase by the Earn By date, your earnings will display under the Earnings Received tab after the retailer verifies your purchase (typically within 24 hours).
Online earnings are verified by the "Earn By" date
Earnings from eligible online purchases will display after the indicated Earn by date has passed, when the brand verifies your purchase. If you completed an online purchase and the earnings do not display after this date, you can submit a claim by clicking the Claim button next to the transaction.
PLEASE NOTE: Purchases made with rewards, loyalty points, or third-party coupons and promo codes may void eligibility for online purchases. We always recommend reviewing the Earnings Details & Exclusions listed at the bottom of the brand's detail page under the Shop Online tab.
For online purchases completed in categories like hotels, travel, car rentals, and ticket-related services, your online earnings ay be issued up to 2 weeks after the stay, trip, or event has ended.
