Hotels and car bookings
For hotels and car bookings, you may be able to modify or cancel your reservation depending on the company's cancellation policy. Please contact Travel Booking through RaiseRight at 877-567-3255.
You will receive a cancellation confirmation email within 24 hours. Canceled bookings will appear in Account > Order History > Travel > Completed Trips within 48 hours.
Attractions
For attractions, please reference the terms and conditions on your eTickets, which can be found in your confirmation email, to see if they can be modified or cancelled.
Please note: For reservations made through RaiseRight, you will need to call 877-567-3255 to modify or cancel the reservation instead of the hotel, car rental agency, or attraction.
