Some bookings may have a refundable option. You can view the cancellation policy for a specific hotel, car, or attraction to determine if it's refundable.
Hotel rooms
Go to the hotel’s page to browse available room options. Each room type will indicate whether it’s non-refundable or offers free cancellation. To view a room type’s full cancellation policy, select Book Now and scroll to the Additional Details section in the booking panel.
Car rentals
To view a car rental’s cancellation policy, select Pay Now and scroll to the Important Information section in the booking panel.
Attractions
After you’ve found an attraction and selected your ticket details, choose Continue to Checkout. At the bottom of the page, underneath the Buy Now button, click the Terms and Conditions hyperlink to view the attraction’s cancellation policy.
