RaiseRight offers ample flexibility so that coordinators can set up their fundraising programs to meet the individual needs of their organization.
In Organization Settings in your Coordinator Dashboard, you can turn the following on or off:
- Participant Shipments to Coordinator: This controls the Ship to Coordinator delivery option. With this option, participants can ship gift card orders to you, and you are responsible for the distribution of gift cards. Turning this OFF limits the products available to participants and potentially your organizations’ earnings.
Participant Payments to Coordinator: This controls the Are there tax implications for nonproft organizations or participants when fundraising through RaiseRight?r payment option. With this option, participants can choose to pay you at checkout, and you are responsible for collecting payment. Turning this OFF for participants will have no impact on the availability of gift cards—all products remain available for participants to purchase directly online.
This option is only available for organizations enrolled in online payments.
- Invite Friends & Family: This controls whether or not your participants can invite other people to your program. Turning this OFF will prevent participants from inviting people to your program. Turning this ON will allow participants to directly invite others to join your organization.
