It is not possible to run an eGift card-only program; however, you can disable Pay Coordinator and Ship to Coordinator options for your programs so you don't have to receive and distribute physical gift card orders. Participants can still order physical gift cards shipped directly to their home.
Turning off Ship to Coordinator limits your participants' ordering options to eGift cards, adding money to existing reloadable gift cards, or physical cards eligible for ship to home.
Turning Pay Coordinator off removes the need for coordinators to collect payments, limiting their payment options to ACH (linked bank account), credit card, or debit card.
