What is Pay Coordinator?

Pay Coordinator allows your participants to choose Pay Coordinator during checkout when placing an order for gift cards. Turn Pay Coordinator on or off for your program participants at any time by visiting Coordinator Dashboard > Settings.

Turning this ON gives participants the option to pay their designated coordinator for gift card orders, making coordinators responsible for collecting payment.

Turning this OFF removes this payment option for participants during checkout for gift cards, limiting their payment options to ACH (linked bank account), credit card, or debit card.
 
 

How do I know if disabling Pay Coordinator is right for my program?

Turning Pay Coordinator off works best for organizations that meet the following criteria:

  • The organization has online payments enabled 
  • Most participants in the organization already have (or will have) an online payment method set up in their individual RaiseRight accounts
  • The coordinator cannot, or prefers not to, collect and manage payments from participants
