Perfect for programs with seasonality or extended breaks, Vacation Mode allows you to schedule time away from managing participants’ gift card payments and shipments. Visit Coordinator Dashboard > Organization Settings > Vacation Mode and set a Start Date and End Date for when you’d like to pause collecting payments and rolling-up participant orders.
During this time, the Pay Coordinator and Ship to Coordinator options will be unavailable to participants, and they can continue fundraising virtually while you’re away.
